These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Cagurbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses the services provided through the website located at https://cagurbet.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Cagurbet operates as an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to eligible players, including but not limited to those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the Cagurbet website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services available at https://cagurbet.cam.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Wallet" — the in-platform digital balance held by a User, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM), used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, or deposit match credited to a User's account subject to wagering or rollover requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and age prior to withdrawal or upon request by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Sporting Event" — any real-world sports competition offered for betting on the Platform, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC bouts.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory changes.

To register and maintain an Account on the Cagurbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Cagurbet enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source, net of any bonuses claimed.
2. You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a corporate entity, agent, or representative of any third party.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a Cagurbet employee or business partner.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from the Platform.
6. You must maintain only one (1) registered Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any changes.

Cagurbet employs a multi-stage Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. Verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at the Company's sole discretion at any time.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back;
• Valid passport (photo page);
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, issued within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account matching registered name).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify Cagurbet support immediately.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cagurbet supports the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC20 / ERC20).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency transactions is RM100. Cagurbet does not impose additional processing fees on deposits; however, third-party transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. Cagurbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits that remain unused (no wager placed) for a period exceeding 180 consecutive days may be subject to an inactivity administration fee in accordance with Clause 12 of these Terms. Cagurbet will provide advance notice prior to applying any such fee.

Cagurbet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified in the individual bonus terms. A 35x rollover on a RM200 bonus requires RM7,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
2. Maximum Stake During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Wallet, maximum stake per game round is capped at RM250 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Slot games contribute 100% toward rollover. Live table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo) contribute 10–20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus play entirely — refer to individual promotion terms for specifics.
4. Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted rollover requirements will cause the bonus and any associated winnings to be forfeited. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit, as specified per promotion.
5. Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
6. One Bonus Per Promotion Period: Each user is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Cagurbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

All games available on the Cagurbet Platform are subject to their respective game rules as published by the relevant game studio. By participating in any game, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Cagurbet will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore game state. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, wagers placed in the affected round may be refunded at the Company's discretion. The Company is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's end.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result or abandoned fixture, Cagurbet's trading team's decision is final. Mix Parlay bets are subject to all individual leg results; a voided leg will typically reduce the parlay by one selection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cagurbet Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Arbitrage betting across promotions in a manner that constitutes abuse of the bonus system;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geo-restrictions;
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.

All content on the Cagurbet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cagurbet and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cagurbet does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Force Majeure events, third-party payment provider failures, or gaming studio technical outages.

Cagurbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gambling tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Session Time Limits — automatic session reminders and enforced logout after a set duration;
• Loss Limits — caps on the amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary account access suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or indefinite account closure upon request, processed within 24 hours.

Cagurbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding 365 consecutive days (no login or wager placed);
• A regulatory requirement or court order directing the Company to close the account;
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.

In cases of account closure due to User breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to inactivity, any remaining balance at or above RM10 will be returned to the last verified withdrawal method on file.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining balance will be disbursed via your most recently used payment method.

Cagurbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
